Kenny, the shuttle driver, drove me back to work and picked me back up after work. He was a joy. I received an email during the day on Monday with the diagnosis and they had to keep my car until Wednesday, but had a loaner car available for me to drive Monday evening. I sent an email on Tuesday asking if they could check a couple of other things and they did. My car was done on Wednesday at noon. Feels like I have a brand new car. More
Beyond the call of duty for great service During a recent out-of-town trip, I was returning home on a Friday afternoon and hit a large landscaping rock that had previously fallen off a truck. During a recent out-of-town trip, I was returning home on a Friday afternoon and hit a large landscaping rock that had previously fallen off a truck. The impact caused the sidewall to blow out on our X5. I spoke with the service department and made arrangements to get the tire replaced.. After having to be towed on a flatbed approximately 75 miles, Dean Wirth and the crew were waiting for me. We arrived at 4:50 PM on a Friday afternoon, 10 minutes before the service department was to close. The mechanics and others agreed to stay late to help. They replaced the tire and did not finish until after normal closing hours. This is OUTSTANDING SERVICE for their valued customers. Thanks to Basney's Service Department! More

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE Had my diesel BMW x5 Serviced and they left didnt even completely fill the DEF fluid. They still charged me $250. My amp for sound had stopped workin Had my diesel BMW x5 Serviced and they left didnt even completely fill the DEF fluid. They still charged me $250. My amp for sound had stopped working. They wanted to replace it for $2000 to see if that was the problem. I purchased one from ebay for $80 to see if that was the problem and it solved it. I later cleaned the old amp inside and it works well now also. So I have a spare. They had the car all day and charged me over $500 and did not fix anything. Since they did not top off the DEF fluid I am concerned if they even changed the oil or not. It is best to do the work yourself so you know it is completed correctly. More
