I am an inspector by trade and have a keen eye for imperfections. I noticed a small, very small abrasion on the rear bumper. Probably from delivery in my estimation. I have also worked in an auto plant. Before I could even point it out, my sales rep. showed me a paper where they had already placed on order a whole new bumper to replace the small damage on the existing one. I met everyone in the showroom and shop who were involved in the process. My new X1 is an incredible vehicle and I am very happy with the way I was treated in my experience. More

Our initial trip to Basney BMW was most enjoyable. Greg Prez and Mike Waterbury were both friendly, cordial, and helpful. The Series 3 2012 loaner permitted us to shop in town while the car was serviced. Prez and Mike Waterbury were both friendly, cordial, and helpful. The Series 3 2012 loaner permitted us to shop in town while the car was serviced. Explanations of parts/labor and cost estimates of the service needed and time required were very fair. Our car was cleaned up and ready when promised, even with completion of a recent recall. The 2010 Series 3 is our first Beemer and we love it. We are most appreciative for their professional approach with "no pressure". Thanks for your service. You will see more of us in the future. More
