Dishonest salesman Our salesman gave us information that we later found out was completely untrue. First, he told us that there were no improvements between the 2014 Our salesman gave us information that we later found out was completely untrue. First, he told us that there were no improvements between the 2014 and 2015 models of the car we were considering. We had researched the 2015 model and knew it had the features we wanted. We took his word that the 2014 model was the same. We later found that there had been a very substantial change between models. Second, when considering the car we noticed it had no spare tire. We asked about this. We were told that it did not need a spare because it had run-flat tires. When I got a flat tire two months later, I discovered that it did not have run-flat tires. Since it also did not have a spare, I had to get it towed. We contacted Basney BMW about these concerns. They have opted to ignore us. The salesman lied about the car and now the dealership don't even have the decency to apologize. More
