We just bought a 2011 BMW 535i X-Drive, a local trade-in with an extensive dealer service history and only 28,000 miles. We dealt with Shawn Rembold who delivered exceptional service. I originally went in to look at a 428i for myself and he mentioned the low mile 535i...I checked it out and it was showroom floor clean...no wear, no tear...mint. They had replaced the brakes and rotors both front and rear and had all four wheels reconditioned to remove any nicks and rashes...they were like new. Basney really does inspect their used vehicles and make sure they’re in great condition...their reputation rides on it. Well, I thought this would be a great car for my daughter to consider and she loved it...she was considering a 3 Series, but fell in love with this 5 Series that was immaculate. Shawn answered all of our questions, and really proved to us he was there with our best interest at heart, not just to sell us a car...that’s not always easy to find at a dealership. Basney offered us a fair priced extended warranty thst I would normally pass on, but the price was fair and it gave my daughter some great peace of mind, so she left with a 40,000 mile/4 year warranty with a zero deductible covering everything accept tires, brakes and wiper blades. They will even provide her a feee loaner car. This is my second purchase from Basney BMW...I’ve been thoroughly impressed both times. More
