Basil VW of Lockport is by far the best dealer I’ve ever dealt with. I actually live in South Carolina and I will exclusively drive to their dealer to have service or make a new car purchase. Service here is excellent. The service entrance is easy to find, and you pull right in, so you’re never exposed to the weather. They greet you before you get out of your car, and tell you exactly where to to find, and you pull right in, so you’re never exposed to the weather.
