Very disappointed in service. Unable to resolve electrical issues on safety devices, multiple returns to repair defects on new vehicle. Talked down to on several occasions. Had a seasonal tire swap done, an oil change and some other scheduled maintenance. TPMS was not reset and tire pressures were off. They also failed to fill the oil properly and it was low by almost a .5 other scheduled maintenance. TPMS was not reset and tire pressures were off. They also failed to fill the oil properly and it was low by almost a .5 quart. This is not the first time this has happened and I’m getting tired of this poor service. Basil VW says they are not too far to travel for their sales and service but every time something is not done properly, it’s another 20-30 minute ride from our home. More
