The worst service ever. The car was serviced twice for the same issue. Also the price given on the phone was different from the one presented on paper. Had a seasonal tire swap done, an oil change and some other scheduled maintenance. TPMS was not reset and tire pressures were off. They also failed to fill the oil properly and it was low by almost a .5 other scheduled maintenance. TPMS was not reset and tire pressures were off. They also failed to fill the oil properly and it was low by almost a .5 quart. This is not the first time this has happened and I’m getting tired of this poor service. Basil VW says they are not too far to travel for their sales and service but every time something is not done properly, it’s another 20-30 minute ride from our home. More
