Excellent service by advisor and techs , when I had my vehicle in for service they do multi check service and found that my battery was only 57 persent, with the cold weather here I had them put a new one vehicle in for service they do multi check service and found that my battery was only 57 persent, with the cold weather here I had them put a new one in. If I didn't I'd be paying 300.00 flatbed fee plus the cost of a new battery THANK You Basil Volkswagen my mechanic wouldn't have checked that. More

After 9 years of being a customer, Leased vehicles, and recommending to others, I’M DONE. This time it looked like they were hoping my insurance would cover their inflated price- but my deductible was too recommending to others, I’M DONE. This time it looked like they were hoping my insurance would cover their inflated price- but my deductible was too high. I paid out of pocket for scabbed in wires- wasn’t even a genuine part swap. I am saddened and disgusted at the same time. More
The worst customer service experience they failed to fix my car issues. Reached out to manager Joe no response. Service manager Rob Dockery has been my contact and my experience with him has been so confus my car issues. Reached out to manager Joe no response. Service manager Rob Dockery has been my contact and my experience with him has been so confusing and none productive dropped my car at the service department there 2 times last time there waited for 3 hours waiting for nothing to get done when I set the appointment made it very clear that I will be waiting there while they work on my car. I really don't know how they stay in business with this bad customer service. More
