Took my car in on Tues am for a oil change and an appt for a detailed cleaning. Was never told during making appt it would take over 6 hrs and so arranged to bring in car in Wed, by Thursday morning when for a detailed cleaning. Was never told during making appt it would take over 6 hrs and so arranged to bring in car in Wed, by Thursday morning when told car was done it was not. Another 6 hr wait till all maintenance done and over $700! Not told prior to all work being done. Communication needs to be improved is my take. Everyone seemed rushed but professional. Left feeling disappointed at not fully informed along the way. More

Took a week to get my vehicle ready and still took half the day to get my vehicle and they said they would take care of a scratch and after a week they did nothing, did a terrible detail and told me lies a the day to get my vehicle and they said they would take care of a scratch and after a week they did nothing, did a terrible detail and told me lies about what my vehicle included. Could not make time for me and I had make myself available for them not the other way around, also received 3 phone calls asking me to come another day to make room for more sales. They already had my money so I didn’t matter anymore. I love Toyota vehicles but basil is a joke. Thanks for nothing. More
