The place is very clean, I got my car back in an hour which is very commendable. The politeness could be greatly improved. There were 2 representatives at the front when I entered, one looked at me and t which is very commendable. The politeness could be greatly improved. There were 2 representatives at the front when I entered, one looked at me and turned his head the other way, it's the second time this man ignored me. If he doesn't want to serve people with dark skin he should not be a customer service rep. The other man saw what happened and said I can help you, come over here. I'm sure the owner doesn't care if his profits come from black people. This is my 3rd uncomfortable experience with Basil Toyota, Lockport, NY. Mr. Basil your front staff dont look happy. More
