Would have given 5 stars except for our last buying experience. We have purchased 3or4 cars and have always been very happy Ryan in service is fantastic and very helpful. Our last purchase a nice low mileage Trax however there was only one key.salsman said Would get it sent down from other branch. Salesman left no one knew anything about it. Partly my fault as I forgot all about it .when I asked about the cost of another key was supprized how much it cost and I could not justify the cost . Would recommend you make sure you have 2 keys More

I gave 4/5 because I think there are room for improvements. Sales reps are very friendly but in their efforts to convince you to buy, they exaggerate things and tend to be less transparent. Their accounting department is a bit less on task and needs to improve. I bought a jeep and I was scheduled to go back and get my license plate. When I got there, they had not even started working on it yet although they were not busy with anything. Same thing happen when I returned another date to pick up a refund check. However, I worked with Vinny and the over all experience was very good. They have nice cars and I like the jeep I bought. Anyone looking to buy used car should check them out. More
