I was deeply touched with the unparalleled compassion and professionalism I received from Patrick and Justin at Basil resale. These two young gentlemen went above and beyond proficiency; their experience with cars and people is clearly remarkable. The car meant more than transportation to me, and they immediately recognized this. The vehicle was in excellent condition and they quickly realized the loving care displayed, and by understanding the situation, conducted the transaction with the utmost compassion and graciousness. As far as I'm concerned you can search the planet over and never find better people to deal with. Terrible experience from the day I drove off the lot! Took them 5 months to fix my check engine light. While that was being fixed at the Buick dealership my car was hit on the back bumper. I noticed it that evening went back the next day. They still have not fixed the damage they caused on May 22nd. Now my check engine light just cam on again. More
Service was quick (1 hr total). Had an oil change and NYS inspection. Was told what was needed (not 4 inspection) but no pressure to purchase or add services. Well let's begin with my last visit 2 weeks ago I asked to speak with Jason Hughes and was told that he was in a meeting so I went on to voice my concerns with Patrick by the end of the conversation he sta to speak with Jason Hughes and was told that he was in a meeting so I went on to voice my concerns with Patrick by the end of the conversation he stated that he will see what he can do about my issue. Let's see it's 2 weeks later I have not heard from Patrick nor Jason Hughes. Their customer service is really bad between 2 managers that should know better about following up with their customers' issues. I believe Jason Hughes just did not want to deal with me so he pretended to be in a meeting so unprofessional. I had given them both enough time to follow up with me so they should not be surprised that there getting a bad review hope they can learn from their mistakes. More
