When we went to Basil I was told that our credit is the reason nobody could help us (credit 490) but I found out that Basil is a family owned business with different locations owned by the 6 basil brothers. They sent me to Basil resale on Sharadin in Williamsville NY. I was told to meet with Ray , I went to meet with Ray and yes he is a sales man but he is honest and a nice guy who just wants to help people with their individual needs so I explained my husband is gone all day and I had no way to get my two young kids to school which was starting in one week. He listened , then introduced me to the owner John who is a genuine good person. They found me the perfect family car and gave me an amazing deal bassed off of my income on what I could afford. They never tried to over sell me and were never pushy at all. I would recommend Basil resale or any of the other Basil dealerships to my friends and family in an instant . More

The problem was fixed I was told and within less then 24hrs the check engine light was back on called again and was told oh we can't do anything today we close at 4. Not according to your website. We went in to talk with them about what exactly our needs were. They spent so much time with us to help us decide what was best for us. The first two cars were for our children and safety was our main concern. They helped us pick out 2 great safe cars. Never did they try to sell us something that we did not need or want. When we walked through the lot we were never harassed by high pressured sales people. They came out and asked us if they can help, then gave us room to look on our own. Everyone from the sales personnel to the finance personnel was professional. They make the whole process very easy and stress free. We will continue to go through Basil Resale in the future and highly recommend them to our friends and family. It is refreshing to do business with such a reputable and professional company. Horrible ...crooked lying dealership I went here to get a minivan the one I originally seen online was at another location so he showed me a 2008 caravan that was the exact same one ... I went here to get a minivan the one I originally seen online was at another location so he showed me a 2008 caravan that was the exact same one ... So I purchased it and the next day I finally drove it it was shaking in the pedals took it in for service ...had a bad sway bar....and a bent rod that they have been waiting for the part to come in 3 weeks later still nothing...now I have dash lights on for abs esp/bas and traction and I believe the transmission is going bcuz the car keeps jerking when I give gas and get speed....all in all they suck I want my money back and I'm getting a lawyer I've owned this van for a lil over a month put a 4000$ downpaeny and just made my first 300$ payment....you guys are crooked I shoulda known better More
