RUN FAST Worse place I've ever been. Before I even made my first payment, truck was in their shop due to vibrating on the Thruway. Was told it had chocked tire Worse place I've ever been. Was told it had chocked tires, whatever the xxxx that is.So had to purchase $750 in tires before my first payment mind you. Again a month later for same vibrating and clunking now coming from the driveshaft. Was told again nothing was wrong. So go for first oil change and two days later oil filter almost falls off driving back from Darien lake with my kids. Was told by sandy take it in for oil change somewhere and bring receipt for reimbursement, due to bad batch of filters as he claimed. Now after putting all sort of money into a truck that was supposed to be like a brand new truck as Joe put it, needs an inspection but won't pass because of broken leaf springs that they state aren't covered under the $2500 warranty they talked me into. So yet again another $1100 out of my pocket. Still no phone calls back regarding any issues or reimbursement. The service center there sucks beyond belief. They do not want to fix a xxxx thing on your vehicles but will talk you into anything that's not covered by the xxxxxxxxx warranty they sell you. So back to repairing a $20,000 vehicle instead of the $5000 one I was happy with. I hope you people rot in xxxx for being so selfish. More

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Couldn't pay it all so they came out took my car and the next after begging and borrowing I called DAVE O'DONOGHUE with the payment and I was told HE sold my vehicle! As you can imagine I now am spending that 2500 on a lawyer!!! *****BUYER BEWARE****** ****CROOKS***** CONTACTED THEIR MANAGEMENT SPOKE TO JOHN LOMBARDI HE TOLD ME I'LL CALL YOU RIGHT BACK AFTER I FIGURE SOME THINGS OUT... When I expressed that my dream car was Challenger I believe he did everything he could do to make a good deal, I then ran into an old friend (Sean) and the three of us stood around like old friends, next thing I know Sandy was treating me like we were old friends from school, speaking my language (so to.speak) he really went out of his way to make a great deal for me. Turns out he did peak my interest and we made a great deal ? I would also like to thank Chris for getting my interest rate lower than I could even imagine and all the paperwork that he did for me ? I am very glad that I took the ride out there and drove home with a big smile 😊 oh yea I did win a gift card too?
