over all I love Basil Resale but I spent 4 hours in there to close a deal, didn't take me that long with Sandy. I had to call to find out when I would receive I love Basil Resale but I spent 4 hours in there to close a deal, didn't take me that long with Sandy. I don't know how much experience he has but he was very nice and polite. Never got a follow up email like I did before and didn't get a coffee mug like I did before. Last minute hero Waited until the last day to get my car inspected and serviced, Walked in unannounced on a Saturday Morning, and was told there would be a wait. . . a Waited until the last day to get my car inspected and serviced, Walked in unannounced on a Saturday Morning, and was told there would be a wait. . . and there was, but the service department took care of me and I was in and out in about an hour. . . Much better than if I had tried any other inspection station. . .
