Poor customer experience Bought car in March. Dealer tried to add extended warranty package to my loan. Didn't think I would notice the added cost. Balked at furnishing cyber Bought car in March. Took five months to arrange for a loaner car for service work that was promised to correct deficiencies found at vehicle delivery. Loaner car is '09 with 145k miles and in poor condition. Just a bad experience all the way around. More
