I will never buy another vehicle from basil ford of the falls. I bought a Ford escape from them and it has had issues. it now has 97k on it but I just found out that it has a bent frame and it was not disc falls. I reached out to the dealership this morning to talk to the general manager James Cain. after texting back and forth with the service rep all day James refused to call me. he sent me an email basically stating that they will not do anything at all. I have the escape from them and my girlfriend bought a focus from them which has alot of issues also. I will never buy another vehicle from basil ford again. and possibly never another ford. I am very disappointed with their customer service. never again. More
