Went here to see about leasing a new f150 and trading in two cars. Salesmen was ok helpful and willing to talk about all things I had questions on. Sales manager was completely rude I should have just lef two cars. Salesmen was ok helpful and willing to talk about all things I had questions on. Sales manager was completely rude I should have just left then and there. Went in knowing what the value of the cars where as they use a computer generated price point. I couldn’t bring in both cars so he gave me a hard time even with having all needed info ie: vin number, payoffs, pictures and exact mileage. He said unless both cars where here I’m not giving you a quote. Mind you it’s a quote ya don’t need the cars yes things can change but it’s a ball park figure to see if it’s worth going forward. Went to get cars and the price for the cars not great but not awful either. The price for the truck over priced for a lease as I went elsewhere got the price to close to what I planned for a much more loaded Ram. Most disrespectful sales managers I’ve ever met and I myself am in sales for over 20 years. More
