They tried to get $2000 over list and offered $2000 under value for my trade in. The sales manager was rude and arrogant at best. Don't let service in your vehicle. Went in with my 1 day old F-150 for USB ports not working and they pried it off and scratched/ gouged the plastic underneath rather then compressing Went in with my 1 day old F-150 for USB ports not working and they pried it off and scratched/ gouged the plastic underneath rather then compressing the clips. USB still didn't work so they had to replace my computer. In doing so they admitted to breaking my phone mount but didn't realize that they scratched the trim around the screen and broke the vent where the phone mount was mounted. When I asked for them to fix/ replace the parts that were damaged when removing the USB port I was told that the part was to expensive and that " the USB port can not be replaced without damaging the plastic underneath" no joke that's what I was told. I brought my truck in and showed the service Manager Steve and the dealer Manager how to remove it within 10 seconds with a paper clip and no damage. Still they wouldn't admit any wrong doing or offer to fix it or even a free oil change. They did fix/ replace the vent, trim and wrote me a check for my phone mount but I was told I have to just live with the other damage that was "unavoidable" unless you're me I guess. More
I took my 2009 Mazda3 for its annual state inspection. They were on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Everyone I dealt with was polite and courteous and did not talk down to me.
