My husband and I looked at many different SUV's; we decided to go with Ford, because it had all the amentaties that I was looking for, and Jason and Matt were willing to meet what we were seeking. My Mercury rental car's trunk latch failed. The 1-800 number at Hertz was of no help. I stopped by Baldo Ford (across from the motel I was staying at) as I could not drive the vehicle with the trunk lid number at Hertz was of no help.
