I started out happy with this place but now I wish i hadnt walked in the door. The car dealer i dealt with, Jack White, turned out to be a liar and very unprofessional. Made promises to me and then went and told his managers different things. If u must go to this place, avoid Jack White. I had a problem and Jack wouldnt return my phone calls. When I got a hold of him Jack was very unhelpful and refused to get me to a manager when asked. I will never shop here again due to my treatment. The manager, Tom, was also not very helpful. only cared about cost on his end. More
Derek and Matt turned it around after a horrible experience in 2006 we were a little leery on returning. The best thing I can say about this dealer; Thank God I was told by Sheila that I was not their type of customer. If they are willing to say that over the phone; I'm happy I did not go there. Last time I went in this monkey house; Joey was rude because I won't let a dealer low ball my trade. Of course I can understand the lies, low balling, etc. They are well trained in slide of hand. I'm not their type of customer because I'm no fool. They cannot rip me off. I know the dealer games well. Sorry Sheila; You could have just said your boss was too cheap to give me fair trade. I mean after all; You like to use auction whole sale. When it's not to your liking; You change the rules. FYI= I knew your dealership was a joke from my past visits. You folks out here can buy from who you like. It has been my experience the real dealers are the big dealers like ????? You'll find out. Just shop around and never take the first offer. Get your own finance and don't buy add-on warranties. Only buy new and never trade if you can sell it yourself. Most important, you must stay away from the little guys. It will cost you.... More
!I perform most of my own maintenance. I also love to modify my truck. I recently modded my F350 to run on waste vegetable, used engine, transmission, and hydraulic oils. As with any research and development program, vast amounts of resources, education, experience and communication are required. Not just parts wise, in which the parts depart set a new standard of customer satisfaction but experience as well as listening and tolerance skills. This dealership is the best I have seen to date. They have performed beyond expectations. Using their skills as a team has awarded me to complete my projects ahead of schedule and on or under budget. I salute you More

We were seriously shopping for a Ford truck and found the one we ultimately purchased online. We stopped at Steve Baldo, talked to the salesman, and went on to about 4 more dealers. After considerable the one we ultimately purchased online. We stopped at Steve Baldo, talked to the salesman, and went on to about 4 more dealers. After considerable conversation and many miles, we came back to Steve Baldo!Derrick was very kind but not overbearing, very knowledgeable about the products, and very patient with the 2 of us! We really debated about whether to buy a new truck or the one we initially saw online. After much discussion , we purchased the F150 Lariot and it is beautiful! Not only was Derrick helpful during the sale, he spent a considerable amount of time with us when we came to pick up the truck.He went through all the bells and whistles of our truck, explaining them in detail. Thank you, Derrick, for a great sales relationship and making us feel comfortable and satisfied with our choice! More
Working with Derek Young in buying my vehicle has been a great experience. Not only has he been friendly, courteous, and patient with our many visits and questions, he was also very professional in his dea great experience. I was not intending to buy a Ford truck when I first walked into this dealership. I was comparing Ford SUVs with others that I had seen for my wife. I was lucky enough to meet and speak with Derek at this time and we spoke about SUVs and I happened to mention that I was planning to buy a truck, not a Ford, in the near future. Rather than telling me how terrible the other trucks I had liked were, we discussed what I was looking for in a truck. Derek then asked me if he could show/discuss what Ford had to offer. Of course, I said "Yes", assuming that I would compare the Ford truck with others and decide that my original choice was a superior product. Derek showed me all the features of the Ford and gave me a DVD that explained the ECO boost engine. After several discussions, I was sold on the Ford. I just received the truck and I am extremely pleased with it. I have dealt with a number of other dealers in my search for vehicles for myself and my wife and have found this salesman to be far superior to any other, especially in terms of willingness to spend the time and effort to help me make my decisions. There was never any pressure to do anything. Derek always wanted to know what I wanted and did his best to make it happen. When I first walked into the dealership, Derek had no idea whether or not I would buy a vehicle from him - he knew I was shopping around. But his behavior and demeanor made all the difference for me. I had been expecting a windfall for a number of months and had planned to buy my vehicle when I received this money. I told Derek this upfront - he knew I was not buying a vehicle that day and perhaps not for several months. He still treated me with respect and courtesy and did not try to talk me into financing the vehicle until the money was available. Other salesmen tried to do this and some were even rude when they realized that I would not be buying for several months. As much as I liked their vehicles, I knew I would never set foot in those dealerships again. I am planning to buy a Ford Escape for my wife (when the 2013s come in) and possibly another Ford vehicle in the very near future. As long as the quality of the Fords continue to be what they are and as long as I can deal with a reputable dealership with outstanding salesmen like Derek, I will continue to buy Fords. I cannot speak about the Service department as this point since I have not really dealt with them. More
Derek Young was a pleasure to deal with, he made me feel as though he really cared about my interests and concerns...he went the extra mile to make me happy,and he did! I can't believe I'm saying this, but as though he really cared about my interests and concerns...he went the extra mile to make me happy,and he did! I can't believe I'm saying this, but Derek made buying a new vehicle "fun". Everyone at Steve Baldo's dealership was friendly and helpful, Tom Baldo stopped by to see if things were going well, nice touch! Matt in finance was great, easy going and not pushy, as was Derek, I would highly recommend this dealership and Derek Young! If service is as good, and I hear they are, Steve Baldo's dealership has won me over. More
