Bad customer service I made an appointment and dropped the car off overnight as they requested . I waited all day and called to check on vehicle close to 4pm since I had n I made an appointment and dropped the car off overnight as they requested . I waited all day and called to check on vehicle close to 4pm since I had not received a call all day, only to be told they cant get to my vehicle until next week. There was no manager available to speak to and not a care that I had taken off work and they had my car all day. I will never go back. I have had to take my vehicle back before to get maintenance done it was not done correctly. You would think as much as they charge the customer service would be better. More

Great Service Department Tracey Everitt Service Manager and Kaiti Pingel Assistant Service Manager are the best people I have ever had at a dealership to deal with. They both Tracey Everitt Service Manager and Kaiti Pingel Assistant Service Manager are the best people I have ever had at a dealership to deal with. They both have gone out of there way to help me with the problem I was having with my rear view camera on my 2015 Mustang. They solved my problem in a very timely manner and I will be forever grateful to them for all the help they have given to me including fixing my problem at no charge even though my warranty was out on my Mustang. I have been dealing with Tracy for the past 5 years and she has always taken care of me and I don't go anywhere else to have our Escape or Mustang worked on even though I live in Chesapeake, Va. Over the past five years we have purchased 3 cars from Barton Ford they are a great dealership. Thank you again Tracey and Kaiti it is always a pleasure to deal with you both. More

Worst experience ever Do not trust them! Take your truck somewhere else. They couldn't fix my truck and still made me pay for all the repairs. They ruined my alarm system a Do not trust them!
