I received a call late Tuesday of last week advising me of an appointment the following morning; I couldn't do that, so I asked them to reschedule. They said they would get back to me. This morning, I called the place in Virginia Beach to find out if I had been rescheduled, only to learn I have been scheduled for 9 a.m. tomorrow. I live in Hampton, so it will take me some time to get there. But I'm rather disappointed that I had to call to find this out, rather than hearing back from the dealership. More

Disregarded road noise identified and fixed this time On my most recent visit for service, the service manager, Tracy, had the shop foreman ride with me to hear the road noise I had complained about my p On my most recent visit for service, the service manager, Tracy, had the shop foreman ride with me to hear the road noise I had complained about my previous visit (last July) but the mechanic said was nothing to worry about. Shortly after we got on the road, the shop foreman identified the noise as a bad wheel bearing. The wheel bearing was so worn that it had scored the front brake rotor - both of which were corrected with new parts. Tracy also located a set of the Pirelli tires I wanted from a dealer in North Carolina. When I left this time I was super happy - my F150 drove like a new truck - no road noise, new tires and best of all, peace of mind. Thank you Tracy! More

Bad customer service I made an appointment and dropped the car off overnight as they requested . I waited all day and called to check on vehicle close to 4pm since I had n I made an appointment and dropped the car off overnight as they requested . I waited all day and called to check on vehicle close to 4pm since I had not received a call all day, only to be told they cant get to my vehicle until next week. There was no manager available to speak to and not a care that I had taken off work and they had my car all day. I will never go back. I have had to take my vehicle back before to get maintenance done it was not done correctly. You would think as much as they charge the customer service would be better. More

Great Service Department Tracey Everitt Service Manager and Kaiti Pingel Assistant Service Manager are the best people I have ever had at a dealership to deal with. They both have gone out of there way to help me with the problem I was having with my rear view camera on my 2015 Mustang. They solved my problem in a very timely manner and I will be forever grateful to them for all the help they have given to me including fixing my problem at no charge even though my warranty was out on my Mustang. I have been dealing with Tracy for the past 5 years and she has always taken care of me and I don't go anywhere else to have our Escape or Mustang worked on even though I live in Chesapeake, Va. Over the past five years we have purchased 3 cars from Barton Ford they are a great dealership. Thank you again Tracey and Kaiti it is always a pleasure to deal with you both. More

Worst experience ever Do not trust them! Take your truck somewhere else. They couldn't fix my truck and still made me pay for all the repairs. They ruined my alarm system a Do not trust them!
