My experience was great. Kaiti was my service advisor and she did an amazing job at explaining everything to me. The service I received here was terrible. Kaiti Jordan was rude and unprofessional. She hung up on me when discussing my issue with my service. She claims I didn’t receive a detail because I checked in under the wrong name and vehicle. Let that sink in and then you’ll understand my frustration. If I allegedly checked in under the wrong name and vehicle….how was my Bronco serviced? Because if i checked in under the wrong name and vehicle, my bronco would have never been checked in right? So how did i get the oil change and tire rotation? Still waiting to see how i would have known another customers name, vehicle, and appointment time and checked them into the system without having access to Ford’s computers since i don’t work there. More
