I seen the 96 hour inventory reduction sale on Facebook and I had been looking for something in a small truck or SUV. I was told I had a voucher waiting and to be there on Wednesday morning at 11:00. I was asked all about my trade which was a 2019 Ford fiesta SE with 16k miles on it in very nice condition. In the 2 days before the appointment I was continually harassed by text, email and Facebook messenger confirming I was going to be there after I had said I would. I dont need to be harassed about it. They said it was so I would get the VIP Treatment. That was a joke. I get there right at 11:00 maybe a minute or 2 early and walk in and asked for Keileah I believe her name was. There was no VIP treatment. I was immediately asked about the trade and I took her out and showed her. She took pics of my car inside and out and even commented on how nice it looked. Then we went back inside and she went straight to the credit application. I filled it out and she said do you have any money to put down after the ad said no money down and I said no. She said what about a co signor? I said for what? I am not in debt. The only debt I have it utilities and my car payment which would go away to a new car payment if this was approved. I own my home. Lived in it 24 yr. They called TTCU which has my car loan and they said something about my bankruptcy a couple of years ago but I never listed TTCU on the bankruptcy. I continued paying them on my car note. I am paying them $303.31 a month and have never missed a payment nor have I been late ever! My gross monthly income is 1950.00. I am disabled. I feel like this might had something to do with their decision. Now please tell me how I was a risk to sell a car to? After the salesgirl went back to her sales manager twice she came back that they couldn't help me unless I had at least 2200.00 a month income or a co signor. The 2nd time she came back I noticed she only had 1500.00 of income listed. She went over it all and missed 400.00. I figured that might change the sales managers mind but she never went and asked and thats when she said I had to have the 2200 a mo. I was going to argue with her but wasn't going to waste my time. I always heard good things about this dealer. Well I found out different. This place left a very sour taste in my mouth and i will not recommend them to anyone. More
