I have drove this car until this week when my husband and I purchased my first new car. Originally, my mother, special needs Uncle and I test drove the vehicle. Jason Powell (salesman) was very friendly, helpful and patient during this time. During the purchase of our vehicle, I was stressing because I had not purchased anything so expensive. Got exactly what I wanted After emailing back and forth with Brian (Cartman), I told him exactly what I was looking for sent him 3 pictures of vehicles I wanted to look at and After emailing back and forth with Brian (Cartman), I told him exactly what I was looking for sent him 3 pictures of vehicles I wanted to look at and set up the appointment for that afternoon. I got there and he already had the keys out and ready to check out the Jeep's and we jumped in and went for a test drive. He was able to tell me about the car, show me the features (Start/Stop technology) and explain them where I could understand. We were able to get the paperwork done on my trade in and paperwork for my new Jeep in a short time. I loved my old car (which was only a year old) but I needed something more practical and bigger, this 2019 Jeep Cherokee fit the bill. Thanks Brian and Wess! You did an amazing job! More
