Worst customer service We tried to buy a Ford truck and were passed off by our sales person to whom I assume was the finance person. After they pulled our credit 3 times th We tried to buy a Ford truck and were passed off by our sales person to whom I assume was the finance person. After they pulled our credit 3 times they didn't even try to sell the vehicle. Simply said you need to get a bank draft from your bank but gave no further information. This person didn't even know what the trade in value was for our current car. Not only did they not try to sell this truck they shuffled us out without any questions or comments. I can only assume they did not want to stay past closing time. I have never gone to buy a car where they simply didn't want to sell it even after we drove up from tulsa after calling first. They don't have to worry about us, our friends or family ever doing business with them!!!!! More

We bought a 2016 jeep cherokee from you the end of June. Denis was our salesman and he was great. We would definitely deal with him again but not happy with your accounting dept. I called twice to see if our title was there and was always told no. Finally when our 30 days was up and paper tag was going to expire I called again only to find it had been sitting there. We were never called to tell us it was ready. I came right out and got it and went to tag agency only to find out there title was not signed by cdj. So I came back to cdj to get title signed and went back to tag agency. When we bought the car we told them both names were to be on title. I did not check title when I took it back to tag agency. We got the title in mail only to find it only had my name on it. So once again I had to go to tag agency and pay $31.50 to have my husband’s name put on it. I think someone needs to see what is going on in your accounting dept. Our only complaint is with accounting not Denis, Gary or Ryan. UPDATE: Wes Osborne called and is reimbursing us for the $31.50 for the title change and full tank of gas. Myra James More

2 Hours of Wasted Time This was such a miserable experience it is hard to describe. The scam sales mailers they send out should be trashed - my mistake was not throwing it This was such a miserable experience it is hard to describe. Vehicle pricing is not listed on their used inventory. This forces you to ask a sales associate about pricing. At which point they go into sales mode. And it is high pressure sales mode. My son and I inquired about the price of ONE car and it took almost 2 hours to get that information.. I informed them multiple times we were comparison shopping and not purchasing - they ignored that information. This tactic doesn't allow you to evaluate what is available and at what price ranges. Upper management got involved when they determined I was upset because of the wasted time. Even then instead of just offering an apology, they continued to try to sale us a car we didn't want and couldn't afford. This is a dealership that emphasizes the sale over the customer. They just want to close the deal. I will not return. More
