She even walked me through the new technology well which for me is gigantic, this is the Jetsons era :) . Horrible customer service. This place is the absolute worst place of business. My Durango had two recalls on it and I called to take it in. They set up an 8:30 appointment with This place is the absolute worst place of business. My Durango had two recalls on it and I called to take it in. They set up an 8:30 appointment with me for the next day. I was told it was only going to be a few hours. Around 1pm I called to check the status because I had not heard from them yet. Conveniently service doesn't answer their phone and the general manager is out for the day. I call at 2:50 PM trying to figure out what is going on with my car because I have children I have to pick up at 3. At 3:20 the service manager finally decides to call me back. She then informs me that it's not an actual appointment that it's just for the advisor to look at it. What is the point of telling me that I had an appointment if it's not an actual appointment? The service manager Angela said she was sorry but tried to make it out to be my fault. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Worst service ever. More
