He is mature enough to say he does not have the answer to a question and readily asked others for the information immediately. Overall David was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle products available on site. When the options we wanted on the vehicle we decided to purchase was not found in the dealership inventory, David and his supervisor searched the surrounding area dealerships to locate one that met the majority of our needs/wants. Short of having a vehicle made from scratch they did locate a vehicle we were satisfied with and had it brought to the Bartlesville dealership. Our only critical comment would be about the dealerships lack of knowledge of the process of those who take advantage of the employee family discount, similar to Friends and family. We brought in the information they would need for the discount, but the dealership was not sure how to process the paperwork. They need to be educated at all levels of the sales staff and the financial staff. Eventually all worked out and our 2019 Journey now sits in our garage. More

Sold me a car that exploded and then screwed up paper work They try to intimidate you on the phone and in person when your upset. It was a terrible experience from the beginning from screwing up my title when They try to intimidate you on the phone and in person when your upset. Then get rude because they you want to know how they are going to fix it. Whatever you do save yourself the time and money. DON’T BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!! More

Advertised Prices On Used Vehicles are a Hoax I contacted the dealership regarding a truck found on cargurus. Their out the door price came back to me at $41,991, $5211 more because I was not trading in a vehicle and wasn’t interested in financing. I was encouraged to give them a price I would be willing to pay 🤷🏼???. I think they could have figured that out. I told them I am not playing games with them and he wished me good luck on my hunt for a truck.Laura, I have received your inquiry on the 2018 Ram. They employee old school scamming techniques, offer disgustingly high prices and they try to make you believe this is normal. When I was in the market for a 2019 Ram 1500 they offered me a price over $3000 over the next closest dealership then said if I was offered less they were being dishonest (I was offered a better price by every other Ram dealer in Tulsa). They he tried to get me to drive to Bartlesville on the promise that "we won't miss your business" but wouldn't negotiate prices. These 1960s sale techniques don't belong in a modern dealership. Take your business else where! More

They tried to screw us around with finance but we were able to come to an agreement and left with our new Dodge Journey. Our salesman, Nathan Montgomery, was great. But like always the financing side of things ruined the whole experience. Pushy and condescending don’t make for a good experience. We eventually agreed so we left with the car but I’m still not sure we got the best deal. Would recommend to friends if they have their own financing because I like buying local and we love our Dodge. More
