Highly Recommended My husband and I just purchased an 09 Ford Escape from Troy at Bart's. Upon test driving the vehicle, we noticed that the alignment seemed a bit off a My husband and I just purchased an 09 Ford Escape from Troy at Bart's. Upon test driving the vehicle, we noticed that the alignment seemed a bit off and the salesman told us about an issue with the electric driver's seat adjustment. We bought the vehicle and Bart's agreed to fix the two issues. We drove the car for the weekend and the "check engine" light appeared, due to a faulty sensor and we drove over a nail causing a leaky tire. When we arrived at Bart's for our maintenance appointment, they fixed the two issues they agreed upon and fixed the other two (one being our fault) free of charge! We are pleased with our Bart's experience and would recommend their business to anyone! Thanks Troy!! More

This young salesmen had made a great first impression that stuck with me. His charisma had struck me as one who had experience with sales before he held this job. After further talk I discovered CJ only to be nineteen, and a well dressed one at that. He was attentive, a people person, and someone I had enjoyed getting to know. I had no plans on leaving with a new car, but after a few hours of considerations and exploring other options at other dealerships in Fort Wayne I had wholeheartedly made my decision to purchase my new car from him at the Fort Wayne location off Illinois Rd. Thanks to the help of CJ, I had found the exact car I had hoped for at the best price possible.
