Lack of follow up. My service went well. I inquired about an earlier service I had and it was a issue about my driver side seat peeling of the seat leather. Pictures w My service went well. Pictures were taken and I was informed I would hear from them on a decision from Chrysler. I called in late fall of last year and again advised I would hear something soon. On my service call this month I again inquired about the seat. More pictures taken and advised I would hear within a day. No response. So service and customer satisfaction is not high on my list. More

Scandalous When Barry sanders hyundai in stillwater (crooks) were going to charge my mom $280 to fix the windshield wiper motor I stepped in. Sadly she bought the $20 part for over $80 because they marked it up drastically. Well the old motor worked fine. They did 0 effort in diagnosing it. I put the already bought pump on and fished out a dead MOUSE in the windshield wiper fluid reservoir ! It took time and wouldn't have cost anything. If Barry sanders hyundai did it it would've cost $280 and still it wouldn't have worked. Shame on you Barry sanders hyundai of stillwater. More
I drove from Enid Oklahoma to get my 2012 Santa Fe serviced, and I wanted to look at the new 2013 Santa Fe(as I am not happy with the 2012), I was given a sales person named Vincente', He was quite pl serviced, and I wanted to look at the new 2013 Santa Fe(as I am not happy with the 2012), I was given a sales person named Vincente', He was quite pleasant. and a straight shooter. I did not feel rushed, and I believe he was an honest sales man(if there is such a thing, lol). My overall experience was very good, although I did not leave with a new 2013 Santa fe. I was informed that the Santa Fe I purchased from Edmond Hyundai was not worth the price I paid for it(i was heart broken). Thanks to Vincente' for trying! More

Told me when purchasing the "Royal Treatment" that I could just drop my car off for service and have a loaner. When I tried to do so the employee in the service department asked me who told me th that I could just drop my car off for service and have a loaner. When I tried to do so the employee in the service department asked me who told me that? Then my salesman came out and told me it would only be about 5 minutes for them to change my oil and they would be done before he could even print the papers. So he leaves. I then wait about 45 minutes to go back out and the employee in the shop tells me it would only be about 15 minutes. They just didn't want to give me a loaner car, which made me late for an appointment. I won't use their service department after my "Royal Treatment" is up! More
Terrible experience! My boyfriend went to take his car into their service department and in return got his whole stereo system stolen! He had installed kicker amps and subs and it was all taken out. The service department did not call the police until my boyfriend went to get the car (They didn't tell him it was stolen until he opened his trunk). The general manager said it was not their problem since they are not responsible for what is left in the car. To bad this was not just "stuff" left in the car it was a whole system that was neatly unscrewed and taken out. They helped with nothing and in turn my boyfriend and family were cussed at and just told to leave. I thought barry sanders was a great place until now! DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! More
