Tailgate latch The sensor kept insisting that my tailgate was open even though it was closed. I thought it was only a sensor problem. However, it turns out that my l The sensor kept insisting that my tailgate was open even though it was closed. I thought it was only a sensor problem. However, it turns out that my latch does need replacing. The part is ordered and i am scheduled to have it installed on Monday. After that appointment, I will be able to give a more complete review. I am hoping for a great experience. More

As promised. We were in to have remote start installed on our Cherokee. We were told could take 6+ hours. Airbag system service In just a few minutes, the mechanics located the source of the airbag warning on the dash. They determined a seat airbag needed to be replaced. But the part was on backorder, so I will look forward to returning to the dealership when the part arrives, and get it replaced. I was immediately met at the door of the service department by a friendly smile and greeting. As I waited in the lounge, she came and explained the problem to me in detail, and answered my questions. I was informed I would need to return when the replacement airbag arrived. More

They said it would be a couple of day before they could get it in. No problem. They called later that day with the diagnosis and an estimate of cost. It was completely the next day. Couldn’t find the problem Update: I was contacted by the staff here and they went out of their way to get my car fixed. They even provided a free rental car so that they could Update: I was contacted by the staff here and they went out of their way to get my car fixed. They even provided a free rental car so that they could monitor my car over several days to ensure they fixed the problem. I would definitely buy a car from here again. The team here is very nice so it makes me sad to write an average review. I brought my car in and they said they could not recreate my issue or find an error message from my cars computer. They gave me a few numbers to call to report my problem but they didn’t seem to interested in investigating the problem any further even though I would consider it a serious safety concern considering the fact my windshield wipers will just quit working sporadically in the middle of driving. They told me I could go ahead and leave it there but what use is that if they’ve already stated they couldn’t figure out the problem? Again the people there are incredibly nice and easy to work with but sadly this encounter left a bad taste in my mouth. More
