Expensive and did not fix what was asked Customer service was great and friendly but I have now paid over $1000 and my car has still not been fixed. EXCELLENCE! My husband had assured me there wasn't a chance in the world that the Service Dept could perform the necesarry service in the time I was allowing. So My husband had assured me there wasn't a chance in the world that the Service Dept could perform the necesarry service in the time I was allowing. So I called and spoke to Brian that length. He double checked and asssured me that YES they could accomadate me in that tme. So I was delighted when it was actually accommplished in less time. Terrible service I had an 8am appointment for a transmission flush, I was told it would only take about an 1.5 to 2 hours to complete. I called at 10:30am to check if I had an 8am appointment for a transmission flush, I was told it would only take about an 1.5 to 2 hours to complete. I called at 10:30am to check if it was done. The lady I talked to said it was almost done, come to find out they didn’t even start on it till I called. The vehicle was not done until 12:30. I was told if you drop it off they will work on other things first. What’s the point of an appointment. More
