Barry Sanders Super Center - Service Center

Not a good experience. Get everything in writing!!! I was told by a young lady when I booked my appointment that it would only take a hour or less. I booked a time that would work for my busy schedule I was told by a young lady when I booked my appointment that it would only take a hour or less. I booked a time that would work for my busy schedule and arrived 10 minutes early. After an hour and 45 minutes passed, I checked in at the desk to see what the statice of the repair was. She said it wasn't ready yet but should be soon. After 2 hours had passed I went and talked to the guy in the service bay and explained that I had to pick up my daughter soon and he told me that they were fixing a recall on the truck. I explained that no one had mentioned anything about a recall nor additional time required to complete this repair and that I had places to be. He went in the shop area to see where they were at with the repair. He returned a few moments later and said he could not find my truck. He asked if it was outside. I explained I had already walked around the entire building looking for it. After another 5 or 10 minutes of scratching his head I saw my truck going down the highway. The mechanic pulled around the building and brought in the paperwork so I could pay and get on the road. The paperwork said nothing about the 2 year parts and labor warranty that the young lady mentioned so I asked the service guy if he could write that on my receipt and sign it. He called parts to confirm the warranty but said that did not cover the labor, like the girl told me. (I asked the girl when she quoted me the price, time, and warranty, if she could give me something in writing and she said she couldn't but she would be the one working when I dropped it off and she would make sure I get everything in writing) however she was nowhere to be found when it was time to leave. The truck pulls slightly to the right now but I won't be going back to Barry Sanders for any repairs or new vehicle shopping. More

Service Oil Change My appointment was at 9:30. We arrived at 9:15 and they were able to get the vehicle back for the service. Our wait time was very minimal. Brian S My appointment was at 9:30. Brian Shook, Service Tech, was very helpful in his recommendations on what we needed to do along with the oil change. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Kathy Konemann had our paperwork ready and the check out process took no time at all! Everyone was very friendly from the time we arrived until we departed the lot! More

Very nice folks They were not able to address two miner issues: Disable auto door locks and explain why and fix ignition/wheel locked sometimes.
