Not a good experience. Get everything in writing!!! I was told by a young lady when I booked my appointment that it would only take a hour or less. I booked a time that would work for my busy schedule and arrived 10 minutes early. After an hour and 45 minutes passed, I checked in at the desk to see what the statice of the repair was. She said it wasn't ready yet but should be soon. After 2 hours had passed I went and talked to the guy in the service bay and explained that I had to pick up my daughter soon and he told me that they were fixing a recall on the truck. I explained that no one had mentioned anything about a recall nor additional time required to complete this repair and that I had places to be. He went in the shop area to see where they were at with the repair. He returned a few moments later and said he could not find my truck. He asked if it was outside. I explained I had already walked around the entire building looking for it. After another 5 or 10 minutes of scratching his head I saw my truck going down the highway. The mechanic pulled around the building and brought in the paperwork so I could pay and get on the road. The paperwork said nothing about the 2 year parts and labor warranty that the young lady mentioned so I asked the service guy if he could write that on my receipt and sign it. He called parts to confirm the warranty but said that did not cover the labor, like the girl told me. (I asked the girl when she quoted me the price, time, and warranty, if she could give me something in writing and she said she couldn't but she would be the one working when I dropped it off and she would make sure I get everything in writing) however she was nowhere to be found when it was time to leave. The truck pulls slightly to the right now but I won't be going back to Barry Sanders for any repairs or new vehicle shopping. More

wont listen went in asked for them to just do a diagnostic. they get it in and do a full inspection on my 3500 and are worried about doing the factory recalls mor went in asked for them to just do a diagnostic. they get it in and do a full inspection on my 3500 and are worried about doing the factory recalls more than the work I took the truck in for. when they text to tell me that they had finished the diagnostics I called them back. to let them know I would be out to pick up my pickup and the advisory said that they wanted me to leave it with them to do the recalls I stated that it didn't need anything done to it until it was useable. who needs recalls done when the transmission is not working. when I arrived at the dealership my pickup was setting where i parked it and i was told that it would have to be taken into a bay for diagnostics. the service advisor could not tell me anything about what was wrong and I was not allowed to talk to the tech who diagnosed it. so I left with my truck after paying the fee to diagnose it with out even knowing anymore the I did when I dropped it off. More

Brian Shook, Service Tech, was very helpful in his recommendations on what we needed to do along with the oil change. We were in and out within 30 minutes.
