Always friendly but unfortunately every time we have brought our cars in the time estimate is way off. We ended up being there 3-1/2 hours for an oil change that should have taken an hour. I’ve had service done here for YEARS. My recent experience was absolutely terrible. The staff was rude and I was screamed at by the service manager because I paid for a diagnostic that was done 2 w experience was absolutely terrible. The staff was rude and I was screamed at by the service manager because I paid for a diagnostic that was done 2 weeks ago, but they refused to give me a print out of the results. I was told they had to be “typed up first.” I don’t know how it works but I would assume that when a diagnostic is done then it is entered into the system, however, it was paid for because it was done, but, there was no documentation of the diagnostic being done. Fishy to me. But, I felt very caught up by the service manager who raised his voice to me several times, as well as the desk clerk, amidst me just trying to explain my frustration with the fact that I was told two different things by the same person in service and he gives me a completely different story. Then, to be told that I was not allowed back there. I’m disappointed I have wasted so much money there in service for it to come to this. I won’t be back and I would never recommend this place for anyone. The sales guy I worked with an another sales associate, who had nothing to do with the problem, were very kind and caring when it came to listening to me and willing to help me figure out how to fix the issues. More
Loved the staff, conversation, and hospitality. The place was clean. The only suggestion I would have is to have the service department to acknowledge the vehicle coming in by making eye contact and advising was clean. Professional and Friendly Everything went good with one exception when the service dept rep. called and told me the truck was running and ready but the technician said that eng Everything went good with one exception when the service dept rep. called and told me the truck was running and ready but the technician said that engine had a misfire in #2 cylinder and that he had swapped ignition coils but didn't seem to help. When i picked up truck i noticed it had a very bad miss when i got home i popped hood and proceeded to inspect engine and found #4 ignition coil that the harness was not connected to the coil minor detail but certainly would cause a problem running smooth, other than that it was all good. I thought the price was a little high for what had to be done to correct problem though their isn't a lot to replacing an PCM and programming it but since i don't have the scanner that will program the PCM i was force to take it somewhere that could More

I was in & out in under an hour! I was well taken care of. I felt like the service advisor was honest & fair. Professional. I arrived at around 9 and was out by 9:45 or so. Well done.
