Very nice group of people. Brian answered all questions and concerns, and fixed all approved tickets in a timely manner. The service was as expected. I was welcomed to the dealership, though the check in process seemed redundant, as all of my contact and vehicle information had been taken when I made the recall repair a dealership, though the check in process seemed redundant, as all of my contact and vehicle information had been taken when I made the recall repair appointment. In addition, I was surprised by the lack of face masks and gloves on the employees working the reception area, and they did not santize the I terior of my vehicle following service (since the service was performed during the COVID-19 pandemic).
