The service was as expected. I was welcomed to the dealership, though the check in process seemed redundant, as all of my contact and vehicle information had been taken when I made the recall repair a dealership, though the check in process seemed redundant, as all of my contact and vehicle information had been taken when I made the recall repair appointment. In addition, I was surprised by the lack of face masks and gloves on the employees working the reception area, and they did not santize the I terior of my vehicle following service (since the service was performed during the COVID-19 pandemic). Took my 2020 Ram Longhorn in for a recall ( which I bought somewhere else) and was treated like a king. The employees were very nice and very helpful. Oil change Very professional as usual. Appointment/ scheduling was easy. Got the date and time I needed. Service was spot on. No "oh by the way". No complication Very professional as usual. Always friendly but unfortunately every time we have brought our cars in the time estimate is way off. We ended up being there 3-1/2 hours for an oil change that should have taken an hour. I’ve had service done here for YEARS. My recent experience was absolutely terrible. The staff was rude and I was screamed at by the service manager because I paid for a diagnostic that was done 2 w experience was absolutely terrible. The staff was rude and I was screamed at by the service manager because I paid for a diagnostic that was done 2 weeks ago, but they refused to give me a print out of the results. I was told they had to be “typed up first.” I don’t know how it works but I would assume that when a diagnostic is done then it is entered into the system, however, it was paid for because it was done, but, there was no documentation of the diagnostic being done. Fishy to me. But, I felt very caught up by the service manager who raised his voice to me several times, as well as the desk clerk, amidst me just trying to explain my frustration with the fact that I was told two different things by the same person in service and he gives me a completely different story. Then, to be told that I was not allowed back there. I’m disappointed I have wasted so much money there in service for it to come to this. I won’t be back and I would never recommend this place for anyone. The sales guy I worked with an another sales associate, who had nothing to do with the problem, were very kind and caring when it came to listening to me and willing to help me figure out how to fix the issues. More
Loved the staff, conversation, and hospitality. The place was clean. The only suggestion I would have is to have the service department to acknowledge the vehicle coming in by making eye contact and advising was clean. It’s a little awkward when no one acknowledges you by eye contact. More
