You might try better communication on phone and let people know what’s wrong with car before pick up. I got text about the issue but not diagnosic until later. Shocked that your employees were not using masks. Date 7/23 Your employees, except for a few, were not wearing masks. Your company seems to be the exception to how the majority of companies in Stillwater are dealing with COVID. All others business that I go into in Stillwater have employees using masks and are taking other COVID cleaning precautions. More
