My daughter attends school at oSu. The staff here has been very good at taking care of her and the needs as parents and a student out on their own. My husband and I purchased a platinum package and was told we wouldn't need to schedule an appointment for general service. That was one of the main selling points to purchasing that package. We were o told we wouldn't need to schedule an appointment for general service. That was one of the main selling points to purchasing that package. We were on our way to have the oil changed and tires rotated and my husband asked for me to call and see how long the wait would be. Come to find out, you do have to schedule regardless. Ok, so we schedule for the next weekend. We go in, the people were nice but we were told they checked the fluids - even received an email stating all were good - nothing needed topped off and everything was perfect. About a mile down the road, my husband went to use the bug spray, it was out. Then he started looking things over and 3 of the 4 tires were 5-7lbs low on air. It is the WORST service ever! More

They fixed a recall of the tail gate latch and did an oil change. No problems with other items on the list of check points. Service was complete in a good time frame.
