The salesman and service department have been great. The only thing I would change is if someone declines a recommended service then don’t keep sending them emails recommending those services over and over! only thing I would change is if someone declines a recommended service then don’t keep sending them emails recommending those services over and over! Do it in person the next time they bring their vehicle in for its next service or you’re going to run people away. I turned down those recommendations for a reason! They’ve already been done! $185 for a alignment for the life of tires is a joke! Firestone charges $200 for as long as you own the vehicle! The replacement windshield wipers you use are a cheap joke! Don’t be a bully keep your notes talk to people in person and stop ALL the xxxx emails! More
