They are very polite. They are fairly quick. And the price is competitive. They do try to sell you other products, but are not pushy about it. Prompt service. However, they didn’t say anything about giving them my coupon BEFORE I checked out. This is the second time I picked up my truck after service that they got grease on my seat and on the side of seat, inside left floor pannel,oil on inner and outer door handle ,oil smears on steering service that they got grease on my seat and on the side of seat, inside left floor pannel,oil on inner and outer door handle ,oil smears on steering wheel. I have lights colored interior and leather seats! Took me an hour to get all the oil grease cleaned off this is irritating I understand the mechanics get oily and greasy but they should cover the seats in plastic and put paper mats in the floorboards!! As far as the actual service the service was fine!! More
