I got the window tint replaced on the front windows of the Jeep Cherokee that I had just purchased. Was very pleased. They even brought my Jeep BACK to me at my workplace. Thank you so much!! This was my second time here. The first was really bad and nobody ever took care of it. This time they were a little friendlier than the first time. They quoted the time as 24hrs, it was there five days d and nobody ever took care of it. This time they were a little friendlier than the first time. They quoted the time as 24hrs, it was there five days due to part delivery. The price for repair was twice what I checked around after anywhere else. They quoted low and charged almost 20% more than original quote. They told Me they had done me a favor by not charging me for checks I asked them not to do when they told me the additional price. Said they didn’t charge a fee that was already included in the repair cost. And someone else said “they never really know what the actual cost will be they shouldn’t quote customers like that.” After checking the vehicle an exact cost should be quoted and any changes should be communicated to the client immediately not hidden until pickup. Wherever my car was parked with the window down the inside windows were completely covered in moisture when I picked it up. This seems to be bad service. And I am not sure if I can trust my vehicle was taken care of while it was in their care. I will drive three hours away next time I need service. More

When I purchased my Kia a year & half ago there was a dent in my bumper that the salesman said he would have taken care of. The last times I was there to get car serviced & said I should have received a dent in my bumper that the salesman said he would have taken care of. The last times I was there to get car serviced & said I should have received a $1200 check. That was six plus months ago. When I went back in the other day I told the salesman I was still waiting on that check, just to be told they were still “working on it”. I will never do business with this dealership again if this is how customers are treated! More
