I’m a little disappointed that a starter would fail at 44000 miles, I hope that isn’t a sign of things to come. I brought my grandson’s 2014 Dodge Dart Limited. His stereo was not working because the receiver would not accept the anti-theft code, so I set up an appointment. The service center confirmed that the s stereo was not working because the receiver would not accept the anti-theft code, so I set up an appointment. The service center confirmed that the stereo would not accept the code and charged me $146.50 to tell me something I already knew. They could tell me why, just that it would not accept the code. They did offer to order a new receiver for $1,044.99 plus installation. When I asked if the receiver could be repaired, the service tech said, “we only replace parts, we don’t repair them”. To say I was disappointed is an understatement! This is not the first issue I have had with this service center. I am still waiting to hear from them on my 2015 Ram! More

I started last Saturday calling to make appt to change my oil. Never got anyone to answer phone. Called Monday same results. Had to call and ask for sales not service to talk to some one. No one called me to tell me my car was ready. I had to call them. Waited over an hour for a ride to pick up my car. Had to call a second time asking for a ride. Message never got to porter to come get me?!! Staff was apologetic and nice, but I was very frustrated. More
You did a diagnose on 1/14 and on 1/16 you fixed the front end. Brian Shook did a good job of going over what was needed. He was friendly and proffessional.
