There were two cars ahead of me when I pulled up .Micheal said I will be right with you and in a matter of seconds he was ,He was smiling and very friendly.He said he would get my car right in and he was ver said I will be right with you and in a matter of seconds he was ,He was smiling and very friendly.He said he would get my car right in and he was very quickly back and told me it was ready.They are fast ,friendly ,professional and micheal was a delight . I think they do a good job but I do feel upsaled when I go there and I don't know what is necessary or not. Sales staff was great! Service, not a chance I’ll bring it back to them. I called to make my appointment days in advance. I arrived to them telling me I had to have my “Royal Treatment” paper with me, luck it back to them. I called to make my appointment days in advance. I arrived to them telling me I had to have my “Royal Treatment” paper with me, luckily I did. Prior to scheduling the appointment I ensured that the oil change would be free, I still paid for a portion of it. Also, I agreed to a tire rotation for $25.00 that was not completed. Not a single indication of a tire rotation was completed. My TPMS sensors had not moved locations, no hand prints in the rims from the break dust, the locking lugnut key had not been retrieved, and the whole interaction took 10 minutes. Why did I pay for a service that was not completed. I may buy there again, been NEVER have your vehicle serviced here. More
