Michael did a great job and was friendly. Answered questions when I texted. He did great at his job. The dealership has issues. The first time we tried to buy a car we had issues. So we tried it again had a good salesman, everything was good. Had the car 2 years, then it started running bad. Blue link would freeze everything up. The issue the car had running bad, I was told by a mechanic that the dealerships where notified to fix issue before selling the cars. So ended up costing me $624. Which if it was suppose to have been fixed the dealership should have stepped up. I liked the Hyundai it drove great lots of room, good gas mileage. It did take a little over two months to get car fixed do to getting parts. Covid issue. Mike did a good job. Was always friendly. And as soon as the car was repaired, he notified me. More

Rep was great. Mechanic didn't do his point check on my car. And now AC doesn't work, mechanic's fault for installing new timing chain cover improperly and then again didn't do point check, I have to pay f car. And now AC doesn't work, mechanic's fault for installing new timing chain cover improperly and then again didn't do point check, I have to pay for it which I think is bull. So my car has been in 3 times and still has to go back because of a bad crank shaft seal on a brand new engine. I am a mechanic and my spouse is a master mechanic we are aware manufacturers tend to mess up on assembly sometimes. We are just upset that my AC was messed up by the mechanic and yet to have it fixed there I will be charged $402.77. But I would refer Barry Sanders to anyone because all around they do a great job. Not all mechanics aren't attentive. And most of them pay close attention and actually do their point system check to guarantee the car won't have to be brought back. I just drew the short straw this time. More
Weong services were perfomed. I HAVE ATTENDED for regular car service+ air bag + factory recall. they did oul change and I was asked to schedule again for air bag service and factory recall on next day. LATER i came for tht service and they did not even care to touch it. BUT DID A BREAK AND GAS FILTERS REPLACEMENT. WHEN TALKED ABOUT PR AIR BAG SERVICE THEY ASKED ME TO SCHEDULE AGAIN. I change my trip just for these mistakes from uou guys. MORE OVER, the technichian dis not fix my breaks well and as a result I did jve to go to service center again in Dallas. AND THEY CHARGED FOR DIAGNOSIS AGAIN! More
