Appointment had been scheduled for over a week and when I got there I was told I didn’t even have an appointment. They were hateful about it . When you buy a new car they make promises like oh if you need to got there I was told I didn’t even have an appointment. They were hateful about it . Took my jeep in for service (brake job). I called on a Friday, and was able to get it in on Monday at 2. I dropped it off around 12. I received a notice around 3:30 that the rotors were done, but the brak Friday, and was able to get it in on Monday at 2. I dropped it off around 12. I received a notice around 3:30 that the rotors were done, but the brake pads were in a warehouse (about an hours drive), and that I could either: Leave the jeep there overnight, and they would work on the brakes the next morning OR reschedule the brake pad portion. I opted to leave the jeep overnight so I didn't have to reschedule. The following morning, Michael (Service Rep) couldn't be reached until after 10:30am (3 phone calls later). This caused hardship due to lack of transportation, and the dealership was unwilling to provide a loaner or any reasonable accommodation for the oversight. I brought my jeep in to the dealership about 2 hours early for a brake job. They knew I wanted the pads (at a minimum) to be replaced...but for some strange reason, they didn't have the pads on hand for the job I was paying them to do. So instead of being without my primary mode of transportation for ~4 hours on a Monday, I was without transportation for ~24 hours. 2 star review because they got the job done (and the brakes haven't failed...yet...). More
