At first I was a little mad about how long they said my jeep was going to be in the shop, they also left me without a rental. But after they diagnosed the issue and gave me a direct contact to expedite my jeep was going to be in the shop, they also left me without a rental. But after they diagnosed the issue and gave me a direct contact to expedite my part from FCA it wasn't much longer and my jeep was done.
