We live in Tulsa and we chose to drive to Barry Sanders to buy our vehicle. We were impressed with the knowledge, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, especially our salesperson, Katie Sutherland. She helped us first quite a bit over the phone and then was a big help once we arrived on the lot. Financing through Barry Sanders was also a good experience, which was something especially notable to us since we have had negative experiences in financing departments elsewhere in the past. We were relieved to have the entire buying process be one that was positive and we will definitely refer our friends to Barry Sanders and Katie Sutherland. More

Katie is the Best!! We approached dealerships all over the state of Oklahoma with one goal. The objective was to find us the perfect used car in 2 weeks and finance it lo We approached dealerships all over the state of Oklahoma with one goal. The objective was to find us the perfect used car in 2 weeks and finance it lower than we could. I won’t lie, our criteria was very strict. Katie Sutherland was the BEST salesperson we’d encountered ANYWHERE. We knew right away that Katie was dedicated to actually help us and not just make a sale. She treated us like we were lifelong friends, taking the time to listen to our needs and checking in with us just to see how we were doing and ensuring us that she was doing everything she could to find us our dream car. One day we got the call. It was just a few days before our deadline when we HAD to have to car for an out of town business trip. Katie said that she was pretty sure she’d found us the car we wanted. We live in Norman, 82 miles away from her. She sent us pictures and immediately, we knew she was right. It was perfect. The Cherry on top came when she offered to bring the car to Norman on her day off since she knew we needed the car ASAP. Katie brought the car to Norman on her day off and we were in love with the car instantly. Since purchasing the car, Katie has called me a few times just to check and see how we were doing and make sure we were totally satisfied. Katie sacrificed her time, became personally invested in our needs and built a relationship with us. I couldn’t ask for anything better. I was dreading buying a car because I think we all fear dealing with pushy salesmen, but Katie was exceptional. She made buying a car enjoyable, stress free, and honestly, I feel like I was treated like family not just a customer. All dealerships should model their sales training to train their salespeople to be just like her. That is the best car buying experience a person could hope for. I hope that you’ll choose Katie when you go to Barry Sanders Super Center because everyone should be this satisfied. More

I was nervous going by myself as I am a single mother with two teenagers and I had never gone car shopping alone. As I walked up to the front door, Ryan Farquhar greeted me. Ryan made me feel as if he was my friend. He took me in, made sure I was comfortable and really made everything so easy. He visited with me about what I was looking for, my budget and what I needed in a vehicle. In stead of walking me all over the car lot we narrowed everything down and he found me the perfect vehicle. I would not have dreamed of buying a Jeep, but it was the perfect vehicle. It was everything that I wanted and needed in a vehicle. Ryan really listened to me and knew I would love it. I love my 2012 Jeep Liberty!! I had been preapproved by the credit union for a car, but I ended up getting a newer vehicle (2012 instead of 2009), lower miles (43000 compared to over 100000, and a bigger vehicle (a Liberty instead of a HHR). A better vehicle for a lower monthly payment. This was with gap insurance and royal treatment added in to the payment. You can't beat that! A special thanks, to Ryan! I will be a lifelong customer to Ryan. More
