Something always forgotten. It seems like every time I come in for service I realize something was forgotten after I have left. I live 45 minutes away. Sales staff need to be able to completely explain the auto Sales staff are not knowledgeable on vehicle available. They all stand around visiting with each other in a group by the entrance to the building inst Sales staff are not knowledgeable on vehicle available. They all stand around visiting with each other in a group by the entrance to the building instead of walking around lot learning about the vehicles in inventory. If they would pair up they would look like a customer and sales person, they could also help each other with vehicle knowledge. However they are all very friendly and polite, I selected Guy because he was less of a vulture than some of the others. I realize that they probable take turns with customers. When a vehicle is sold its operation should be explained to customer as this is being done sales person and customer jointly are inspecting the vehicle for items that need to be corrected by your service department, at a later date. Your closer, and finance man also did a good job. Overall the buying process at your dealership was good. More
