Terrible service I had an 8am appointment for a transmission flush, I was told it would only take about an 1.5 to 2 hours to complete. The lady I talked to said it was almost done, come to find out they didn’t even start on it till I called. The vehicle was not done until 12:30. I was told if you drop it off they will work on other things first. What’s the point of an appointment. More

I located one at the Barry Sanders SuperCenter dealership, and as I live in Colorado, they were very eager to assist me. They quoted me a price over the phone, and I made the 9+ hour drive. I was greeted by Roger, and he went above and beyond to make the sale. Wade the finance manager is a great guy, and within two hours, I was on my way to Colorado. More
Engine software upgrade I went in to get a software upgrade for engine knock sensor. BSS promptly checked out the recall and informed me that my Sonata had already been updat I went in to get a software upgrade for engine knock sensor. BSS promptly checked out the recall and informed me that my Sonata had already been updated.I also had them check out the rear window defrost that would only defrost bottom 2/3 of the window. The serviceman politely informed me that’s the way it’s designed. The lines at the top 1/3 are actually antenna lines rather than heat lines. A++ for that serviceman, another dealership had previously replaced the window to fix my perceived problem.Thank you BSS for knowing you products. More
