Will not recommend anyone use this dealership for any reason, am in auto industry and am asked often for recommendations where to purchase a vehicle in Stillwater and was let down by Barry Sanders. First they could not secure financing for my 2019 Challenger (I used my own bank and got 3.79%, which was my plan going in, but was told they can do better and not to use University and Community for financing), then the price listed for the exact same challenger was not the price (typical "internet" pricing tactic all dishonest dealers use), then a month went by with no title or info from dealer, once I called and had to call multiple times to get someone, was told the "title was lost by the other dealership" (another line they used assuming I was a complete moron and would just take everything they said as the truth). They used the slum dealership tactic of spot financing and it backfired on them and got them caught up, I took a check to them for the entire amount owed from my bank and ran away as fast as I could. I even attempted to throw them a bone and still have them do the service (thinking maybe the service dept was not a direct refection of all other branches of the dealership), called to schedule an oil change and could not get anyone to call me back after leaving my name and number, then called again a week later and they still would not answer and when service wouldn't answer after a few attempts the receptionist transferred me to my salesman who took my call for a simple oil change and has been days with no call back from him, thanks Keenen. I will now change dealers and get an oil change from another dealership in the city that will answer phone calls and shoot you straight, not play financing games and ignore you on service calls. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!! I will be buying my wifes brand new Durango RT from a dealership in the city that will answer phones for service calls, lost a big sale due to ignoring of an oil change and dishonesty, and will make sure all I come into contact with will also not buy from there. I know I will get the copy and paste reply that they give all bad reviews (again showing the lack of effort and care factor), but at least the people will know what is going on out there and is worth a drive to the city or Tulsa for your next new Dodge, don't give these guys a chance to work you over take my word it will happen.
