Welcoming and friendly people, disappointing outcome We purchased two vehicles from this dealer. We are enjoying the vehicles very well. However, we are extremely disappointed in not getting exactly th We purchased two vehicles from this dealer. We are enjoying the vehicles very well. However, we are extremely disappointed in not getting exactly the feature I wanted. We realize it is partly our fault, but did tell them multiple times we wanted an exact feature on the vehicle which apparently nobody knows how to achieve on our vehicle which they said it would not be a problem to get so we went through with the purchase. The staff were all very friendly and easy to get along with. However, we are now working on getting the feature through another dealer. Everything was great, just be sure they actually get you exactly what you want before doing any paperwork at all and don't rush like we ended up doing since it was at least an hour past closing time when we finally got out of there. More

Lifesavers! I was in town visiting my daughter at college. My drivers window motor died on a very very cold morning. I bought my car in just to see if they coul I was in town visiting my daughter at college. My drivers window motor died on a very very cold morning. In general, the appointment was fine. Oil change, tire rotation, standard stuff. I asked Brian Shook to set my tires to 40 psi, which we both noted was above the recommended pressure on the door sticker, rotation, standard stuff. I asked Brian Shook to set my tires to 40 psi, which we both noted was above the recommended pressure on the door sticker, but still well below the 51 psi pressure on the tires (factory installed oversized tires). After I departed, I checked the vehicle instrumentation and realized they had actually reduced my tire pressures from 34 to 32 psi, so I’ll have to take care of it myself. Not a huge issue, just an inconvenience. Otherwise, a quick, pleasant experience. Also chatted with Christian; mentioned an issue I was having with the parking brake not disengaging when I put the truck in gear. I thought we were just having a conversation, but he researched it and sent me a follow-up text with possible resolution later in the day. Well done! More
